When will I recieve my order?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days unless there is a high volume of orders and will arrive depending on the shippment option on your order. A tracking number will be sent once it ships.

Do all orders provide a tracking number?
Yes, all orders will have a tracking number. It will be provided once you receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped. You can view it in the email you provided in checkout.

How long does my lip scrub last?
It is best to store this product in a cool and dark place. This product does not contain any preservatives, making this product safe to ingest for 2-3 weeks once received. Product can still be used after the date, but it is not recommended to lick the product off your lips after the expiration. Please note that all lip scrubs are made the day they are ordered, in order to keep them fresh as long as possible.
Where do your products come from?
The handmade products are made with love. All bottles are wash and sanitized before inserting products. The other products that we offer are from vendors all over the world. We ensure all products are safe to use and are good quality for the prices we put.
Are the products inspected?
Yes, every single item is throughly inspected before shipping out. All handmade products such as eyebrow oils, lip gloss, and lip oils are sealed with a sticker to ensure nothing is open once it is made. We check every item for any damages, we ship out all our product with extra precautions.
